Galvanized multifaceted lighting mast EUROPOLES CPM 16-25M with mobile panel

Multifaceted lighting mast WITH MOBILE PANEL CONSIST OF:

• A trunk consisting of two or more conical segments of polygonal section made of hot-dip galvanized steel: S355JO.
• A bracket consisting of three props to support drawing the carrier wire and additional power cable prop.
• Props are completely closed to protect the lifting mechanism, which consists of polyamide rollers and stainless steel plugs protected by polyethylene.
• The carrier wire and power cable going through the props are connected to the control panel.
• Movable panel, sliding by means of polyamide rollers along the rail mounted on the outside of the mast, is made of hot-dip galvanizing.
• A construction attached to the panel designed for mounting lighting devices - a round crown or crossbar system.
• Panel is equipped with a safety brake and a flexible hooking system that allows its proper mounting on the top of the mast and complete unloading of the chain.
• Electrical System: the mast consists of a self-carrying cable for powering the floodtlight with the corresponding cross-section.

DRIVE MECHANISM OF THE CROWN OF THE MAST:

The external electric drive consists of a trolley on which an electric chain hoist with an appropriate load capacity is mounted.

The drive is transmitted from the hoist engine to the hoist chain, then through the roller inside the mast to the distributor and its attached cables. There's a limit switch inside the mast, which turns off the hoist at the moment when the crown is setted in top position.

Internal electric drive - the principle of operation is the sameas in the case of external drive, except all elements of a drive placed inside of the mast. 

External manual drive - the function of lifting and lowering the crown works with the help of the external drive mechanism in manual mode.

The drive mechanism consists of a handle placed on a steel "shoulder" attached to the base of the mast's niche and trolley with a niche for the chain.
