Stolb SLP CUT is an advanced solution in autonomous street lighting systems, which combines simplicity of design, aesthetics and high efficiency.

The main advantages of our kit from the available systems on the market:

Integrated battery in the support

Due to the placement of the battery directly in the middle of the lighting pole, there is no need to place it in special boxes on the pole or in the ground. This solution not only prevents the battery from being stolen, but also simplifies the design of the support and creates an aesthetically pleasing design that lacks external boxes and anti-vandal systems in the form of devices that restrict access to the upper part of the support.

360° bracket for solar panel

Placing autonomous lighting kits on the ground requires the orientation of the solar panel to the south for maximum energy generation by the autonomous system, and the light module over the roadway or pedestrian zone, so the Stolb SLP CUT kit uses a specially designed mount that allows you to orient the panel regardless of light and individually for each support.

Intelligent MPPT controller with LED driver function

The use of the MPPT controller allows you to get the most out of the solar panel generation compared to the PWM controller by tracking the point of maximum power, which is extremely important for stand-alone lighting systems. At the same time, this controller combines the function of the LED driver, and allows you to adjust the brightness of the lighting in 4 time intervals (dimming).

Delivery set:

  • metal support of lighting with a height of 4000 mm. Corrosion protection is provided by powder coating with preliminary cleaning of the structure and application of zinc-containing primer. There is a choice of any RAL palette for painting the support without changing the cost. Additionally, gas-thermal zinc spraying at a height of 0.25 m from the support flange in accordance with EN 40-5: 2002 is used to protect the support flange.
  • LED module with T3 optics with a power of 30 - 45 W;
  • LiFePO4 battery with BMS controller;
  • bracket for mounting a photovoltaic panel with the ability to rotate 360°;
  • anchor device for mounting the support;
  • solar panel;
  • MPPT intelligent controller, which combines the functions of battery charge and lamp driver;

The system is completely autonomous and works without connection to an external network. During the day, when the sun shines, the system generates electricity and accumulates it in the battery. At dusk, the controller automatically turns on the light.

The MPPT controller, unlike the PWM, allows the most efficient use of all the power of the solar panel (by tracking the maximum power generated by the solar panel).

Battery

LiFePO4, 30AH 24V with thermal protection and BMS controller. Suitable for operation at temperatures of -25 ℃ +60 ℃. The battery is equipped with a BMS controller, which monitors the charging process of the battery, as well as the temperature of its operation.

Support and bracket
